AngelHack Santiago 2013

Friday, May 31 - Saturday, June 1 - Sunday, June 2

Event Details

Ready to take your big idea to the next level? Then join us for Santiago's second AngelHack, where winning teams will receive 6-8 weeks of mentorship and be flown into Silicon Valley for a weekend of events including a Global Demo Day to A-list investors and media, Site visits to, Google, Facebook, Google Ventures, VIP dinners, and ragging parties with the Valley startup community. This is not your typical weekend hackathon! This is the big leagues! This is AngelHack and you can't afford to miss it.

What should I build?

Create a prototype (hack) of something that you believe solves a big problem. You don't need a business plan or anything crazy like that, but you should be able to show the big idea potential of your hack. AngelHack is a launchpad for you to flush out and validate projects you've always wanted to build. Previous winners include: Appetas, GiveGo, TapFame, SnapStore, ShareBrowse, Kloutron, & Blue Dragon Security.

AngelHack

AngelHack unites developers around the world for a hackathon competition, where they can learn, network, innovate, and win prizes and funding for their ideas. In 2013 AngelHack will bring together over 10,000 developers around the world for one of the largest developer competitions ever. Top teams in every city will be entered into the AngelHack Accelerator Program, where we’ll help them get from “Hack to Startup” over the next 3 months and invite everyone out to meet the top brass of Silicon Valley. Then, we’ll do our part to funnel you to one of our incubator partners or investors around the world.
This isn’t your typical hackathon; this is the big leagues. This is AngelHack

What are the rules?

All code must be FRESH. Prior to the hackathon you can create your design, wireframes, logo, and user flows. You can even build hardware. But to make things completely fair you can not write any code whatsoever until the hackathon starts. All code must be built at AngelHack.
